Business Model Canvas
This workshop is a requirement for entrepreneurs applying for an ACT Women’s Microcredit Loan for Women on Low Incomes.
Now that you have settled on an idea (or nearly there) for your business or wanting to expand an existing business, how can you be sure that it has a good chance of making any money? In this session, you will look at the building blocks and activities needed to be successful in business.
The Business Model Canvas is an approach for developing new or existing business models. It is a simple tool to address key aspects of business planning and gets straight to the heart of your idea. This approach uses a visual chart with elements describing the business's value proposition, infrastructure, customers, and finances.

Target Audience
This program is appropriate for women already operating a micro business, looking to transition a ‘hobby’ in to a business or simply has an idea that she would like some support to develop.

Attended the Orientation Session. (Exceptions by prior arrangement with Lighthouse Business Innovation Centre)
